Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Microtechs is a service provider specializing in custom CMS website and web application solutions, CRM integration and customization, and online advertising, SEO & analytics. We quote all projects based on time/labor and do not sell products. Our services are typically quoted as flat-rate fees, based on an estimated turnaround time and the time and labor needed.
Projects can be cancelled by the client at any time. In the event a project is cancelled mid-production or at any time before completion, the flat-feee is discarded and actual time/labor is calculated at our standard hourly rate. Typically, a down-payment is invoiced at the beginning of each project to fund production and secure the project. As an online, remote business, there are seldom any projects where we can begin production without this security deposit money down. In the event a project is cancelled before production is competed, a refund of any money's collected for this projected time may be returned. Time and labor cannot be refunded. A portion of the down payment may be refunded if the deposit/down payment collected is a greater dollar amount than actual time totals at our standard hourly rate ($80/hr Remote, $120/hr On-Site). If a project is cancelled after work has begun and the amount of hourly cost exceeds the amount covered by the down payment, an invoice for the balance will be issued and due on receipt. All digital, physical and intellectual property of our clients will be returned immediately on payment of any remaining balance.

Free Q&A Email Support
The Microtechs offers free Q&A email support to all of our clients. A client is defined for these purposes as any company or individual with an open account that has completed at least one project with This Microtechs. The scope of our free Q&A email support includes answers by email to any Joomla, website or web application related questions within 2 business days. This support is currently offered (5/1/11) as an ongoing promotion intended to be available for the lifetime of our company. In the event the company fails or dissolves, the respective owner and employees will not be held liable to continue this service. The Microtechs reserves the right to retract or change/modify this offer at any time. Free email support does not extend to hosting, server administration or management, SEO or third-party applications. If you need help with third-party applications that are integrated within your website or web application, most vendors offer support direct to customers from their websites.
